Buying a DS from outside the EU

Hi folks. I'm thinking of getting a DS Lite and have been looking at play-asia.com. My question is this - if I do buy one from there, will customs & excise make me pay duty on it. Has this happened to anyone who bought something from them?

Paying VAT and duty is very hit and miss. I import a lot of gear from China. Most of it comes throuh without. The odd time though I get stung.

A lot of it depends on what courier you use. Whatever you do, make sure it's not UPS.
