Right I just booked a cheap flight Manchester to Shannon return for £20 all in! If I get ticket to the fight I'll go - if not, well it only cost me £20!

I would prefer to be low down on the tiered seating and not the floor but beggers cant be choosers. If you hear of a ticket will you let me know please.

I'll bump in a few days as a reminder.

More went on sale this morning as there were people lined up outside Empire music on O'Connell Street in Limerick for them. All sold out within 30 minutes.

Best advice I can give you is to keep an eye on the Ticketmaster site as there will be a third round of tickets going on sale next week, and as far as I know, it will be on Friday again at 9 am.

There are touts selling tickets at the moment for three and four times face value, but personally I would not give the bottom feeders a sniff.

Any spares we had went to a few of the old boys who were connected with St Francis ABA some years back.

Cheers for the update Kess, if you hear of any spares floating around will you consider nabbing it for me.

More tickets went on general sale today.

Try calling Empire Music on O' Connell Street in Limerick as they are an agent.

+35361 317211 is the store number.

And there should be more tickets on Friday at 9 am

Just thought of another number that you can try.

It is for the office in the University Arena, where the fight will be held. Any cancellations etc will be held here for members of the public to purchase.

    +353 61 213555 is the number.

I know someone on the bill, and was told that there was to be three full rounds of tickets for sale on three Fridays in a row with one other ticket release day.

The previous two Fridays, plus this Monday gone have all had ticket releases at 9am, with Empire being the city outlet.

There are to be two extras rows put in at the €90 price point.

It only gets announced the day before when tickets get released, so the lads at Empire only found out last Thursday that they were getting tickets for Friday.

The only tickets they got in the first three sale days were the €125 tickets, so the €90 tickets plus the two new rows are to go on sale yet.

It will be announced on Live 95FM the day beforehand, but at this point it is to be this Friday, as that is the date I was told.

Hi Kess. IF the tickets do go on sale on Fri do you know if they will be available on ticketmaster website for those of us not in the limerick area.
    Cheers.

Thanks, and what about the 60 euro tickets?

I don't know to be honest. I had originally assumed that when they went on sale locally, that they would be available through the website also. But I was talking to one of the lads in Empire about an hour or so ago, and he was pretty sure that the last batch they got there, was for their store only.

He also confirmed what I said earlier about them only getting a day's notice each of the last two times they had tickets to sell.

The local clubs are being rung almost daily by people looking for tickets too. There is no joy to be had in that route, as none will have tickets to play with, and any that did have spares will have distributed them already. I can say this as a definite as I have been answering the phone a lot in the last two weeks telling people that.:)

Have no idea how many of those were sold or whether any of those are left for another round, sorry.

The guy in Empire was under the impression that all they have had to sell in there so far were the €125 tickets.

The first 10 to 15 rows are €125 tickets

Haha You beat me to it today.

The €90 tickets for the Middle rows in block A have gone on release today, and will also be available in Empire.

Have no idea why they are out today instead of tomorrow. These are the tickets for the extra rows that have been put in for the fight due to demand.

There is also a limited number of the €125 ringside seats available, but these will be a good few rows back from the ring.

Looks like I am not going to the fight now after all - a client invited me to go skiing in Verbier. As this is all expenses paid and I havent boarded in a few years then I have decided to accept - life as a capitalist has its upsides!!

So I have one ringside ticket that I bought off eBay available. I paid 150 yo yo's for it and it can be picked up in person in Limerick and cash paid on receipt of the ticket.

First come first served - pm me if you want it - regular boxing forum posters will be given prefence.
