just a quick question, apologies if it's been asked before, or if it's a bit dumb.

i'm running a cold feed for a washing machine out to a utility room (i don't know if the machine will be hot/cold fill or just cold, i don't have it yet).

my question is this: is it OK to cold feed a washing machine off mains? the ideal run for the qualpex or copper would be from the kitchen sink, which obviously has mains cold water + hot water from tank.

Even if there is a hot feed you can get a 'y' piece to feed both hot and cold feeds with cold water.
