    Hey folks,

Anybody see this on Channel 4 tonight? Did it make you change your eating habits instantly? :D

Was basically just another show demonstrating how sh*t the food most of us eat actually is. It had a disection at the end though... that German bloke with the cowboy hat on did it.

Well I must admit I was eating a bacon sandwich while I was watching it :D ....but yeah, it was interesting.

Nothing too startling about how eating makes you a fat pig but the damage we do to our organs made me take notice.

I shall certainly look at the meat content in my sosages now after Jamie's little mincing demo (mincing food...not the other kind of mincing :D)

And what about that German guy? Jeez, he was a bit scary.

Ah that german guy was nuts. As for the dissection, I just couldnt watch. To be honest I'll be taking heed of a few things on it thats for sure.

I can't help but think that Gunther von Hagens disections in these kind of shows is 45% for education, 55% for morbid voyeurism/controversy.

Having said that, comparing the healthy hearts and lungs was quite interesting. Was also shocking to see how far up his diaphragm was!

I'm more Ugandan than the Ugandans themselves:)
Never heard of a constipated vegetarian before
Gunther von Hagens is amazing whenever he's on I think I won't be able to watch and end up glued to the screen
