    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good counsellor in the Lucan area? I am a single parent on social until I start Uni next September so it would be helpful if it was at a low cost.

I would be very grateful for any suggestions as I haven't lived in Lucan long.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I know it is a lot easier to go to a counsellour who lives near by but I would highly recommend going to someone who doesn't live in your area. It is good to get out of your usual surroundings and go to a strange place when you're seeing a therapist. It gives you a chance to get out of yourself and reflect in a place that no one else you know has any involvement with.

    It can be really refreshing.
