Do i have to take up the old carpet or will they do it? I have everything cleared out of the way and this sprung into my mind. Can anyone help?

Best ask them! They frequently charge for this as an extra service!

When I got new carpets last year, it said on the order form supplied by the shop that all old carpets had to be removed before they arrived, but not sure if that is standard practice.
