Replacement mobile batteries?

I bought a SE K550im and the battery doesn't really last that long. Where do I go to for a replacement battery when it dies? I tried eBay and they're selling them there for less than a tenner! Are these genuine? Should I just go to my local o2 shop? Thanks lads.
