Adding files to the boot up and startup menus

    Hi all,

I have not been able to figure this out. I want to get two of my files and set them up in two ways. I want them to run during boot up so they run in the background without me logging on. I also want to add them to the startup menu so that when I log on the two files display. Kinda like having msn messenger pop up automatically when you log on.

    All help is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

Create a shortcut to the files in the start menu. Start->All Programs->Startup->Your Files shortcut.
