Right here in BGRH, there is an unwritten code amongst The Brethren. Not the kind of secret handshakes and vague nods, but a code of honour. A code that binds us together and permits us to have a pretend bar on the internet and drink pretend beer with pretend ethnic minority bar staff.

This code ensures that when a brother makes a promise, he is honour bound to keep this promise.

It is with this in mind that I turn to Brother Mairt's declaration on the Know your barflies thread. Here is what he said:
