    Hey,

Would appreciate if anyone could tell me, what kind of efficiencies do u get from wood chip/pellet boilers or any other solid fuel boilers for that matter?

    Thanks in advance!!

Greetings! You might get some helpful replies here, but if not try out the Gardening & DIY forum, and the other forums living near it.

You should get an efficiency of 75-80% with a wood burner (logs), but it very much depends on how they are operated.

Pellet burners are more automated, so operation ought to be more consistent. Forced draught may cause some inefficiency. Moisture level of pellets is a critical factor.

I'd expect to be able to get this information from a manufacturer's website.
