    Raphael was always my favourite back in the day too. On reflection, Shredder would be a better choice, for two main reasons:
    1. He is human, and thus can avoid the seriously difficulties faced by Splinter and the boys every time he needs to pop out to get milk.
    2. He lives in the Technodrome. It is massively powerful and armed to the teeth. Certainly preferrable to the sewers!
