Has this been happening to anybody lately?

The touch doesnt seem to be working at times when i try and do something on it and it wont do anything. But when i lock it and unlock it again it will work for a short period im just curious coz im seriously thinking of sending it back to get replaced.

I have it up to date with the latest update for it as i thought that mite have something to do with it but its still having the same problem.

Mine used to do that for a while when i bought it back in October but it sorted itself out after about 2 weeks. You can send it out to Apple and they'll send you a replacement for free but it'll probably take a week atleast. I'd say ghive it 2 weeks and then see how it is, after that send it to them.
