The Camembert Quartet (link below) are really good. They are used at loads of college events well in DCU anyway. Every time I hear them I love them and from what I can remember they aren't ridiculously expensive.

If you are still looking for a string quartet I am aware of a very good agency that specialises in the area. Email serenata.agency@yahoo.co.uk. They have some of the best young adult musicians in Ireland and are the most reasonably priced you will get.

I too am looking for a string quartet for a wedding this December 30th in Dunboyne Castle. I would be happy to have a few students, doesnt even have to be a quartet. I am on a major budget but would love some musicians to create a nice atmosphere for the drinks reception. If you know of anyone please let me know.

We used the Miller String Quartet for our wedding and to play in the hotel for the drinks reception and they were fantastic.
