Refund for delivery?

    I received damaged goods from dabs.ie who are an english company and they've offered to refund the cost of the case while letting me hang on to the damaged one.
    My question is - am I entitled to a refund for the cost delivery also?

    If I'm reading your post correctly you only paid for delivery once, why should you be refunded?

    yes indeed you have/will soon recieve the goods you ordered so they have fulfilled their end of the deal or would you prefer to pay postage for returning the damaged item and wait for them to refund the postage before they send out the order again?
