torrent download question

    does anyone know if you have to complete downloading from a torrent before closing the client or can you close it and resume downloading the next day. im using the ABC client. sorry if this is in wrong section but there doesnt seem to be a p2p section and the other forums are very quiet

    You can turn off your pc, and it will resume when you next open the torrent client.

    This is definitely in the wrong section though.
