Hi Brand new Zen V 4 Gig. The device is stuck in Recovery Mode, a message flashes on the screen saying "Firmware Problem". Pc recognises the device, but only as a 31 mb player and nothing can be sync'd or copied to it. Firmware tool asks for the device to be connected all thou it is. Anyone come across this problem and…

Hi

Brand new Zen V 4 Gig. The device is stuck in Recovery Mode, a message flashes on the screen saying "Firmware Problem".

Anyone come across this problem and have a possible fix?, I fear it is borked.
