    Good, finally a bit of common sense and loophole closing is happening.

    Though I must say that document is hardly laid out in a simple, easy to read way for the majority of the population.

    Gotta love whatever logic they have for allowing people on category B provisionals to drive without L-plates until June.

    Sadly I think there are too many dodgy car drivers out there who will single out learner riders for 'special treatment'. :(

    This change is effective from 30 October 2007 in the case of a first time learner permit holder and will apply as and from 30 June 2008 to the holder of an unexpired provisional licence.
