Papa Smurf Costume

    Hiya,

    Dressing up as Papa Smurf this weekend and am posting this to see what ideas you can come up.

    Santa hat - remove the white bobbin and colour the white trim red
    Blue Face paint - should be able to get in joke shop
    White beard - should be able to get in joke shop
    XL ears and battered looking nose - not sure
    Torso - Blue long sleeve t-shirt
    Hands - Latex gloves coloured blue
    Legs - Red cotton track suit
    Feet - Ankle slippers coloured red

    Not sure how the t-shirt and bottoms are going to look. Seems a bit easy to cover.

    Latex gloves - maybe get blue gloves to match top although could prove tricky, the latex may not colour very well

    Going to have to ruin my slippers, oh well, they'll still work.

    Feel free to throw in some suggestions. Will post a pic on Monday.

    Might download the cartoon to remember how he spoke and if he had any extras, e.g a bag or stick etc..........can' remember. Anyway we're both celebrating our 30th this year.
