Outlook 2007 - Deliver sent items to another mailbox

We have some users setup here to use a common department email account ie. logistics@company.ie. Everyone in the logistics department will then have their own personal account user@company.ie. The problem is...All the sent items go into their personal mailbox. We need these department ones to be available for all to see.…

The problem is...All the sent items go into their personal mailbox. We need these department ones to be available for all to see. We are using Outlook 2007 - Is there an option to change this?
