The girlfriend is coming to the EU for the first time.

Any recommendations? Honestly, we plan on travelling 3 weekends in Feb, 4-5 days each trip. I would like at least one place warm :)

In regards to Paris, any ideas where to get some sort of weekend getaway package on a budget?

    Cheers!

Brussels is lovely. I'd highly recommend the Marriot hotel near the Grand Place.

the only warm places in europe will be in the far south so southern spain, portugal, southern france, malta, greece etc. i was in southern italy in january a few years ago and it was quite warm. The canary islands has the best year round weather, ryanair fly to 2 or 3 of the islands

The best way to book weekend away on a budget is to do it yourself, ryanair fly all over the place, and cheap. Depending on the city you visit the hotels can be as cheap as you can stomach

I would recommend Barcelona, great time of year to go, not to many tourists and its not as cold as most other european locations.

The I would do london, very cheap to get to and lots of stuff to do over there, eg in february the king tut exibition will be in London

See a show(the lion king or something) etc etc

As cfitz says brussels is nice, or any one of the following
amsterdam,.rome (any italian city really, except Milan), edinburgh, berlin
