USB Adapter 'Square to rectangle'??

Is it possible to get a USB adapter that will adapt a 'square' shape USB to the common 'retangle' shape USB. Sorry for the blunt description, but i haven't a clue as to the correct technical name for the connections. Thanks

USB A <-> USB B adaptor..? yes; it's possible. Try Maplins, Peats, etc.
