Samsung 2010, Toner question?

    At the moment im looking for a cheap B/W Laser for my Mac. Limited here due to manufacturer driver support.(well for cheapo lasers anyways)

    So I've been looking at the Samsung.
    I'm looking at using generic toners.
    Is the Samsung the same as the Dell 1100?
    Looking at the cartridge suppliers website the cartridge for the 2010 is €65 and for the Dell/ Samsung 1610 its only €45 and a greater capacity.

    So are there users out there using these cartridges?
