Converting music from one i-pod to another

Sorry if this has already been asked but the music library for my iPod mini was on my laptop which is now broken. I got a new iPod nano for Christmas and I was wondering if there is any way I can get the music from the mini onto my nano? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use something called SharePod, it's a little exe that you put on your ipod (in windows mode) and lets you copy your files off it on any other machine.

Yes, Sharepod is a free program that you download.
