playable singable songs

    anyone know of any good acoustic guitar songs that could be used for singing and playing.im looking at getting out and doin a few solo things.not really up to scratch in writing terms yet.

    just lookin for a few ideas.at the moment im doing more kinda light rock stuff.examples include My Hero(foo fighters), Mexico(Incubus),a lot of Alice in Chains, and some others.


    all help and suggestions are greatly appreciated
