On my keyboard I've just noticed that the '@' key has switched places with the ' " ' key. Not the physical key now!:D when I hit one the other comes out. How the jaysus do I fix this?

Go to start > control panel > Regional and language options.
    Click the languages tab.
    Then click the details button.
In the installed services box it will say something like Keyboard - American. Remove this and then click the add button.
Select English - Irish in the input language drop down box.
