Where to get good value frames?

I've a good few photos I want to frame - around A3 or 16"x12", and the best frames I've seen so far are in Habitat, but they're a bit pricey. Any suggestions for where I'd get something similar for a bit better value? Simple frames are what I'm looking for and I have a mount-board cutter so that isn't necessary. Thanks :)

some half decent in a photo shop in blanch SC
the one on your right on your wat to the small exit (upstairs)

Have to say I found Atlantic in the Blanchardstown Centre very good for frames especially if you need a mount.

I use a framer in Ratoath and he charges approx €55 for 18x12 other than that I use A4 aliminium frames from Atlantic @ €15 each
