    Not in Dublin but Queens University Belfast do a great Masters in Creative Writing. Did it a couple of years ago, highly reccomended.

    Check out the Irish Writers Centre. http://www.writerscentre.ie/

    Their courses are very good. I'm on one and can vouch for it!
