So the Pats are going to the AFC final after beating the Jags......
Brady had an outstanding performance, completing 26/28 passes for 262 yards and 3 TDs.
Laurence Moroney had 122 yards from 22 carries and a Touchdown.
And Gostkowski got them a field goal, pretty good performance by the Pats there, sending the Jags home:D

Maroney looked good, I don't know why they haven't run him outside more this year instead right up the middle. Gost had a pretty bad miss as well from 35yards. Brady was something else, the 2 incompletions were both drops (well, the Watson one was pressure from the DB but the Welker drop was awful, first time for everything I guess), and that fake for the Welker TD was incredible, you need some nerves to stand with your back to the play for those few seconds.

Yeah u thaught it was a premier performance from Brady in that one....And yes,the Welker drop was a disgrace.:D

Yes. On the reply you could see his head start to turn towards the endzone half a second before ball reached his hands. Bill Belichick will rip him a new one when they review the film. :D

im just pissed the jags lost it.had it for the taking and couldnt come up with the goods.had a bad dropped pass in the endzone after the Pats had gone 21-14 up at the start of the 3rd.really made all the difference.

hopefully we can get in some good quality receivers in the off-season and mount a challenge on the colts next year for the AFC South title

I wouldn't say the Jags had it for the taking, but they were one of the better teams I've seen play the Pats this year. Garrard in particular was impressive. You could definitely give the Colts some problems over the next few years.
