Is it possible to make the bbc website think that I have a british Ip address. It is ethically wrong. Is it ilegal, thanks, and hope i am not stretching comfort zones.

I presume you want to access content that's only available to a UK user? Just use a UK proxy (google for one).

Don't loose any sleep, the restrictions are pretty lame as the rights have been paid for already its not like we can drop a cheque into the Premier League HQ for listening in.
