CASIO Keyboard Adaptor - where to buy?

Hi
I got a new keyboard from Santy and it needs an AD 5 power adaptor. Am currently using batteries as I can't find it except on amazon.co.uk who won't send electric goods to ireland..

The guy in Pete's on Dame street looked at me as if I had two heads when I asked for it.

Any ideas anyone?

Just ask for a standard keyboard adaptor (9V), I'd be very surprised if it was some non standard voltage or anything. Head into one of the music shops in town like waltons/musician/perfect pitch. They'll know exactly what you want.

a lot the staff in Petes are headless chickens when it comes to anything remotely technical. They can read a spec sheet and thats about it.

Have a gander at the back of the keyboard and see if it says the volts and amps.

Any 9VDC adapter will do (assuming it is a 9V keyboard). Just ensure that the polarity is correct.

...and would be cheaper then any of the music shops!
