congrats, you're iphone will thank you for it, as you no longer use itunes in windows which is a bloody pain with it's random errors and what not.

itunes and quicktime always pissed me off on windows, then i moved to mac and they just worked, it was a kind of wtf moment :D

Well, considering you're talking about running Apple software in Apple's OS...

Trouble with that is that iTunes, and even Safari acting crap on Windows just gives the small minded PC-numpties something else to throw at us. grrrrrr

Well, to be fair, I am a 'small minded pc numpty' but I still knew that iTunes would work better on a Mac than a pc.

hehe! If you knew this much then you dont fit into the "small-minded" or "numpty" section. You are just in the PC group ;)

Also knew how to fix the OP's problem, so I don't know if I can be pigeon-holed into the 'PC group' either.

Just feel its a bit of a gross generalisation, and doesn't help the mac vs pc cause that people seem to think there is either. I certainly don't feel like coming back to this forum after that statement :(

You're overreacting to a joke statement, made by a moderator no less, tbh.

"Fix" isn't the correct word there. Open a Finder Window (assumes Leopard) - on the left pane there is a "Shared" section. Any computers on the network will appear there. There's no need to use the Go To command unless the computer isn't on the local network - for example a remote ftp server etc.

I was being sarcastic, and it was meant as a joke. In hindsight, overly sarcastic for any non-regular reader, no offence intended, apologies. I have nothing against PC users, just PCs :D
