is it for the precision that you want the stencil, or because you want the stencil effect?

just so you know, what they usually do, is photocopy the design you give them, so it comes out in a blue ink, and they press that against wherever you want the tattoo to be, so they have the exact thing to just go over.

Print a good size clear picture of what you want and bring it in to the artist. It is easier to shrink a piece a little than to enlarge it. The artist will always copy the design onto stencil paper using a specialised photocopier and ink (unless it's a freehand piece). Put it on your skin, check it out, get tattooed. Enjoy :)
