    Hi,
A weird one, building a bow type conservatory(2metre radius) and thinking of 3 courses of block high above DPC but i may have a problem when it comes to cills. They are straight and i would need then curved when it comes to the bow at the end. Anyone know or see this done.
    Thanks,
    Pete

You could either try to source a curved cill piece, or
Cut the straight cill into smaller pieces, remember the "curved" section is made of straight blocks each 440mm long (rendering softens this obviously). With careful setting out it should be possible to cut each cill piece to the correct size to match the curve, the cuts chould be angled so that the joints are parallel are narrow as possible.
If you feel up to it the joints could be beveled to the front (in plan) to remove the "point"

Alternatively, you could cast the entire cill insitu.
