Could someome please outline the process of making a claim, basically I was running in the phoneix park last night, I run this track alot, but last night when running it was pitch black the gas lamps were not on and for some reason at Marys hospital, some idiot dumped half a tone of sand on the road not accessable by cars, I tripped over and cracked my elbow. There were no signs nor traffic cones to alert people to the mound of sand. There were no witnesses but I have a gps running watch which shoes the route I took. Bascially is worth going through the process of a claim, would I have a good case, all I want is the money for the hospital bill and money for unpaid leave which at the moment is only two days. I went back up today and took some photos of the sand, I have attached one. Any help would be appreciated as i have'nt got a clue when it comes to things like this.

    Go see a solicitor.

That would be legal advice. Have a look at the charter, and then your best advice is to go see a solicitor as the previous poster suggested.
