RAF Harrier Has A Bomb Missing

    Just on the news, it seems as though a practice bomb ( 25 kg ) has decided to part with said aircraft. Flightpath from Wittering was East to Wisbech, then North to the Holbeach range.

    RAF say their looking for it, but it's length is only 15 inches.....Good Look:D

    Sea Harrier F/A.2s are no longer at sea, I don't know of the Navy has pulled them off shore duty. The GR Mk7s and later of the RAF are still in business as far as I know.

    Correct the Sea Harriers have been retired now the RAF Operate from the RN Carriers and are flown by RAF/RN Pilots. They ( Sea Harriers ) are all gone, with the exception of one flying in the USA.

    A practice bomb is what exactly....the kind that impacts and does not explode or the other kind.:D
