Do Any household products make good plant fertilizers

    not sure if this is in the right place but

    well its exactly what it says on the tin, are there any household products that make good plant fertilisers, i heard asperin dissolved in water is good but are there any other ones

    Soot it said to be a powerful fertilizer as it is high in nitrogen, I don't know the application rate though.. try googling it and see what comes up.

    Nowadays soot is only good for adding (occassionally) to a compost heap.
