Switch between Meteor tariffs allowed ?

Brother bought his g/f a Meteor bill phone. Problem is he signed her up for 'talk 300', she's from France and this does not suit as she sends far more texts than voice calls. Anyone know if Meteor allow you to switch between tariffs. Cheers Joe

They'll let you move up to a more expensive one, but not let you move to a cheaper one.

you can only move down after 6 months
