    What ever happened to the Pat Kenny land grab case?
    Is it that there is some legal reason why it's not being decussed, or is it, un like Bertie, that he has the influeance to keep it quiet?

    As far as I know it is still with the courts, and therefore we should not discuss it.

    Case is still ongoing AFAIK. High Court cases can drag on for a long time, months between hearings sometimes. Expect it'll be in the papers next time it comes before the court.
