VoIP on IBB

Hi I'm interested in setting up VoIP on my 3Mb connection. Over the course of yesterday I ran Blueface's network test several times as a test. The results show high packet loss at peak times (see below). Is this a problem with IBB's network and if so what are the chances of it being resolved?

Does anyone here use VoIP with IBB successfully?

The machine the test was run on is directly connected to the radio unit.

    Thanks.

It might be OK for speech. Only VOIP provided by your own ISP (and only on some technologies) can do QOS management to aviod VOIP issues. Blueface are 3rd party so they can do nothing.

For Fax to work you need very good VOIP. Fax won't work on your connection.

I use Blueface on my IBB Breeze connection at home without any problems.
