i think people should post the total cost of bargains including shipping costs.
    any opinions ?

Ah that takes away the fun of the bargain :D

Anyway Its £2.00 for P+P, but i'd like to know if you were buyin a few, is it shipped separately or together, as you dont want to pay shippin for each?

    Has that happened to anyone?

    no it doesnt
seeing something advertised for a price then realising it actually costs 33% more takes away the fun

i also think bargains should be posted in euro

I think green needed to take a nap!

Agreed about the postage, kinda! Then again if it requires you to sign up to a website you dont have an acount with i'd definitly make an exception, especially for a place like HMV where there hardly going do ya with the shipping charges

As for € i disagree, a rough conversion as a guide maybe but exchange rate is all relative Xe.com give you €1 = $1.48 but master card(or maybe its paypal) give you €1=$1.40 so its never going to be exact

    Good find

    Good find

As long as its not ebay where you pay more for the postage than the actual product as i've come across a lot of times

I've come across a similar Bourne package at Play.com on where you can convert the price to Euro, but the only gripe i have with them is that they add on more to the Euro price as you'll see with XE.com & worse with Sendit.com as well as they add on more to theirs if anyone ever gets something off them.

Both Play.com & Sendit have free delivery to UK & IRL, if thats any consolation

Thats the thing i hate you see a good price for a product, but you might not get the same conversion again?:(

It does state free delivery on the HMV site??

    http://www.hmv.co.uk/hmvweb/displayProductDetails.do?ctx=280;-1;-1;-1&sku=672691

Edit: Duh! Now I see it's free UK delivery.

there is nothing wrong with this , as long as you get the cheapest price why is it a problem ?

    take an example
something costs 10 euro and shipping is 3 euro = total 13 euro
same product ( different seller ) costs 4 euro and shipping 8 euro = total 12 euro

so forget about the shipping costs, look at the total

and the reason sellers do this is to avoid paying ebay a commision % of the sale
its a trick because they dont pay commision on the shipping costs
