My beautiful mark III Golf

I'm looking for advice on how to re-apply my exterior plastic door trim to it's original state. I have brought it to a couple of garages and they tell me they can only run a screw through each trim into the door, which looks really shabby. Can I get the original clips somewhere or is there someone who looks after this sort of thing? These mechanics think it doesn't matter but all I want is my beautiful golf to look its original beautiful best.

    Jo

VW dealers can sort you out, the actual trim may be broken though rather than the clips.
