    Hi all,

I am having a problem with a flu I currently have.
It started wiyth a really sore and ripping throoat and cough, but thankfully they have gone.
Now I seem to be very chesty and wheezy with phlegm, more so than normal.
I can't seem to get it up no matter what I try.

Is there anything that lifts phlegm off the chest?

I also have an orange coloured mucous coming out of my nose first thing in the morning that I want to know if its good/bad or okay.

I have this overall about 2-weeks. Can anyone help?

Thanks and very sorry for painting the picture.....!

We can't give medical advice. Have you gone to your doctor? I'd sure as hell hope so if you've been sick for 2 weeks!
