have i too much compression on my bassdrums?

is there too much feedback in the mix?

do i sound like a Tool/AIC ripoff merchant?

should i switch to pro tools so my drumming ass can avail of autotune/quantise?

these questions and more can be answered by YOU if you go to

    www.myspace.com/lushkonya

to hear samples of the wierd and wonderfull that i have recorded in my 'state of the art' home recording "facility"/dungeon

Ok.... after 1 listen to each track...

Breath is by far the best on there. Everything else sounds like radom stuff put together, no direction or song structure. Thats just my opinion, maybe thats the style your aiming for. But after 1 min of listening i find myself getting a bit board. No vocals are anything yet??

Are you recording live drums? If so there is no point trying to fix tuning/timing afterwards, it can be done but **** in = **** out...Sort it out at source before trusting some software to do it for you.

I like the sound of some of the bass you have and again if there real drums you have some great sounding toms etc.

Feed back in the Mix?? What you mean be that?

Anyways, just my thoughts seen that your looking for feedback.

    i really like the tunes.

great drumming. kit sounds good too. monsters is great. really atmoshpheic.

bass peaks and troughs a bit throughout.

the myspace page and artwork hurts my eyes!

EDIT: good to see people posting their work up. we need more of this around here.
