    Hi Guys
I recieved an ASG Steyr AUG A2 as a christmas present, havnt had much of a chance untill this week to give it a going over but ive noticed it repeatadly jams everytime its used.

When you drop the mag out there seems to be half of the mags pellets swimming around inside the gun, once you take them out and reload the same happens again

Is this a normal occurance or is there anything that could be causing the problem?Or is the best bet return it to point of purchase?

    Thanks

Is the gun firing at all??

Yea its normal enough for the bb's to swim inside the stock unfortunately, 4 or 5 bb's should fall out every time you remove the mag. theirs a gap near the top of the magwell which the bb's like to sneak into. try removing the mag without tilting the gun upwards/side ways and it should stop them going through the gaps. hope that helps.

It's firing but when it gets to the end of the mag it seems to give up the goat.

Theres alot more than 5 in there for sure though

dya mean more then 5 inside the gun or left in the mag?? if its a high cap mag their will be quite an amount of bb's left at the end which wont load into the gun. Its annoying i know, but not much can be done about it. Lowcaps/midcaps would go through almost the entire mag's contents though

Left in the gun itself, the mag is clearing but its like every second pellet is re circulating back in around the gun itself

Unfortunatley there is a gap that lets the bb's sneak into the handguard. The handguard its self is hollow because it uses a modded V2 gearbox (so usually the motor is in the handguard) and the motor isnt actually in the handguard. Just take out the mag and shake it upside down to get them out. It happens on my AUG A1 too, harmless really.
