    Hi,

Komplett have this TV on offer for €630, I was wondering if anyone here owns one?

I am considering either this TV or one of the below:

    Samsung 32" LCD-TV LE32M87BD - €850

    Samsung 32" LCD-TV LE32R87BD
    - €730

TV is going to be used as a 2nd TV for Sky and Xbox360! Any opinions appreciated!

    Branners

Have the 32S81 guy a month or so, hooked up to SkyHD and DVD upscaler, great quality and very happy, can't comment on the other two

Did you get it from Komplett for the same price?

You havent happened to play an xbox 360 on it by any chance?

pixmaina for 660 delivered, prices have gone up on Pixmania since then, not a PS3 or 360 man so no gaming hooked up

got my LE32S81B there last week from pixmania - 670 delivered...

    Brilliant TV...

Hooked up my pc, xbox360, xbox, tv and stereo system to it...

Really nice set, has gaming mode and supports 1080i for the xbox which gives excellent game playing... (games I've played on it so far are Halo3, Forza2, Conan (love this haha), Bioshock (quality graphics), Hitman, Stuntman, and a number of original xbox games)

Used to have my tv signal coming through my PC (tuner card) so that I could use it as a sky+ substitute (record to hard drive)... but the tuner built into the TV makes the picture crystal clear and decided I dont record much anyway so connected straight to tv now... really makes a difference
Little things really make the differece... like have a split (side by side) screen option when viewing teletext... ie left half of screen is tv right half is teletext:D

Not to mention the fact that you can use picture in picture when using your PC so that you can watch TV while surfing...

The PC settings picked everything up straight away, (newish comp with good graphics card (helps)) (slight reposition of the screen needed but looks amazing and is great for WOW!!!)

    Surround sound completes the package

    Conclusion...
BUY IT!!! Deffinately my besy buy in a number of years... YOU WONT REGRET IT!

    PS>

    The other Tv's listed...
I wouldnt pay the extra money for (a lot money stepup for what you get i might add!)... an extra HDMi slot with them, and a digital tuner on them also (but your using your sky box and xbox so not needed)... and the contrast is 8000 as apposed to 7000... when using the xbox you will NOT notice the difference on the same size tv... nor will you notice a difference if you connect the xbox via hdmi or component cables on any of these 32" tvs... (you can research this on the net yourself... i did a bit and every review says the same thing)...

Go for the 32S81 IMO - Cheaper, just as good (unless you need the extra hdmi slot), everything else the same so much the better buy

I bought the LE32R in Harvey Normans for 799. They also had the LE32M (1080P TV for 899) but i only have terrestrial channels comming into the gaff. I just use it for watching DVD's and will be hooking up a home theatre system and PC soon. The picture is quite good. The preset settings had to be changed as the picture contrast, brightness etc were all pretty well maxed out. There are some good settings on AV forums. Watched Apocalypto on it there the other night...very impressed. :D

What do you think about the Samsung LE32R88BD. I have read some reviews about Samsung screens haveing motion blur, but I'm still thinking of getting this one.

I believe the R88 is the same as the R87 apart from the look and is only available in Dixon/Currys.

I am considering the M87, will be ordering this week!

there jhas been a price dop on the original, €560 now, plus delivery.

I reckon it might be a winner, positive reviews are all I've found.

A second HDMI would be the only sticking point for me. Seriously considering it.

    Anyone have experiences of Komplett?

I got one of these which is currently €523 + delivery which I think is €30.

It also has 2 HDMI connectors!

Looks good,I take it you're happy with it, a recommend yes?

Word is there are new model Samsung on the way in May so they could be good for a price drop on older models.

I take it you're happy with it, a recommend yes?

I only use it in the kitchen so it not my main tv, but it looks good with Sky+.
