    What are the good websites if you want to rent out a house? I found loads for tenants but none for people wanting to rent out. Any help?

    You want to find an estate agent who finds tenants & will also deal with any problems if you are away? People do this, Right?

    Sounds like you want a letting agent. Place "letting agent" in the Golden Pages search page and specify your location.
