    Full licence?
    Who are you insured with?
    First car?
What type car do you like?
Have you looked at the various sell sites?

Alfa GTV or Spider, sporty, not hugely overloaded on insurance, cheap, stunning looking, nimble enough...

Your 21, probably fit enough to push it if it breaks down.

And, everyone should own an Alfa at one stage in their life.

If you are going for somethign proper sporty (Read: High CO2 emissions), go to the UK and import before the new VRT regs take effect.
You'll get more bang for your buck if you import.

Mazda RX-8 or an Audi TT - both well up for a good drive and to put a serious smile on yer face :D
