These works (and associated speed restrictions & temporary traffic light systems) began in August and were due to end in early November. They are still dragging on. Does anyone know what exactly is going on here and, more importantly, when the works are due to finish? Does it really take 5 months to resurface a few hundred…

Does it really take 5 months to resurface a few hundred metres of road and erect some concrete bollards?
