    Wife looking to get a pair and so far they seem to cost a fortune..Anyone know anywhere to get them cheap enough.

    Try ChainReactionCycles. It offers free delivery.

    Also try Amazon.

    It's recommended, of course, that you try on the pair before buying online. Comfort/fit is more important than a bargain that doesn't fit well.

    http://www.sierratradingpost.com/MBT.html appear to have good prices and reasonable postage.
    Get measured in a shop here for them first though,sizes aren't normal.

    They are up the north, delivery in a few days, I have ordered loads of stuff off them, class company. Over a certain amount and it is free 24hr courier. Think the limit is around €45 for free courier otherwise free 1st class mail.

    Cant see MBTs though

    MTB means "mountain bike", poster must have thought you meant those and not heard of MBTs
