im am looking at the utv 2mb /talk anytime package, free connection,free wireless http://u.tv/UTV_Internet/Residential/ClicksilverBroadband/index.asp?Zone=South when i click on more info it says wireless router €39.99 upgrade available during signup, am i missing something i thought it was free wireless?

UTV aren't the brightest bunch around. They've probably introduced a new offer, but didn't update all the pages. Either that or an old offer has expired, and they haven't updated all the pages. A phone call would be the best way of sorting it.
